Why Warfleigh?

Great Schools — Within our 3 zip codes (46208, 46220, 46260) we have many highly-rated private and public schools for students from pre-school through high school.  Not more than 5 minutes away, and accessible by foot and bike, are 2 nationally recognized universities – Butler University and IUPUI.

Parks — Within 5 miles you can find at least 20 parks of all sizes and amenities.  Some of the closest are Opti-Park, Broad Ripple Park (with its enclosed Bark Park), Marott Park, Canterbury Park, Holliday Park (with its Nature Center and ruins) and the nationally recognized Monon Trail and Central Canal Towpath.

Cultural Amenities — The Indianapolis Art Center is a 5-minute walk and The Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields is a 5-minute drive or a pleasant walk or bike ride down the Monon Trail.

Central Location — We are just 10 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis and 15 minutes from Carmel.  We are surrounded by walkable neighborhoods, such as Broad Ripple and Sobro, which are home to great local shops, restaurants, live music venues of all sizes and a boutique hotel.  Coming soon, we will be the north hub for the Red Line, Indy’s new public rapid transit service, which will run from Warfleigh through downtown Indy to the University of Indianapolis.
