2023 Municipal Election Roundup

The 2023 municipal elections were held on Tuesday, November 7th. There were three races affecting the Warfleigh neighborhood: Mayoral, City-County Council District 7, and City-County Council District 2.

Incumbent, Mayor Joe Hogsett won re-election to his third term, defeating challenger Jefferson Shreve, 60% – 40%.

In the newly drawn District 7  was won by incumbent Councilor John Barth, who was unopposed.

And Brienne Delaney won the District 2 race, winning 66% of the vote.
